Employees are "At Will" and can leave ATS with or without notice; likewise, ATS can terminate an employee in the same manner. Your last check will be certified mail to you to ensure you have received it.
If termination because of a violation of Policies and Procedures ATS will be reimbursed for all fees and uniforms before the last check will be disbursed.
All employees hereby notified if they are hired $100.00 application fee will be taken out of their first check, along with pre-employment testing if requested.
Employee and candidates are hereby notified if they do not pay this service fee when request, ATS will add $60.00 late fees, collection fees, invoice fees, legal fees according to applicable laws.
All employees are expected to arrive at the job assignment 15 minutes before they are to start work.
Tardiness is considered 1 minutes after your scheduled time, the employee could be terminated without notification.
All employees need to give ATS a (4) Hours notification if they cannot make it to your work assignment. Otherwise, you will be terminated without notification.
All employees will are mandated to have a Checking or Savings account for ACH Deposits for payroll. See Employee Rewards above paragraphs.
All employees that self-terminates, get terminated due to violation of ATS policies and procedures. ATS will withhold and take your last weeks worked, because of undue hardship and loss of client service agreement rates.
If a candidate does not show up for an interview or is tardy. The candidate application process will stop and they will not be eligible for employment with ATS from that date forward.
If an employee walks off the job assignment early without premission of the ATS client and/or Hr Specialist at ATS, it will considered the employee has voluntarly quite working for ATS.
All employees that are working full time in a temporary position will need to give ATS a 2-3 week notification, in order to avoid the last weeks pay being null.
